Chocolate & Twigs

Cracked open another Vosges special. Pandan Leaf & Belgian Dark Chocolate. It's growing on me, but my first bite really did make me think of twigs. Now that I'm into my ninth spoonful, the hint of twig becomes more faint and instead I'm enjoying smooth chocolate (though not particularly dark) with a nutty finish. Not bad.

They have Tim-Tams at a local boutique shop. I think of you every time I go into the Tea Lady.

For chocolate that doesn't taste like twigs, you should check out the Theo Chocolates website. What they say about good chocolate is true... a little goes a long way, and is ever so much more satisfying.

Next time you're in the Northwest, we'll have to do a chocolate factory tour!
